We are revolutionizing the HR field with the first scientifically based employee engagement SaaS solution, tailored to employee surveys, activity management and communication. Our mission is to promote employee engagement and create a progressive employee experience for the new workforce of generation Y & Z.

We started out strong and are now looking for support atwork

Job profile:

  • Acquiring SMEs and large companies in Switzerland independently
  • Consulting potential new clients on atwork’s SaaS platform and services
  • Building and developing atwork’s customer portfolio and network
  • Preparing and attending customer meetings and workshops, as well as trade shows and networking events
  • Managing the CRM system continuously and independently

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience in sales of SaaS platforms from the HR sector (SaaS platforms in the area of employee engagement, employee surveys or communication platforms are an advantage)
  • Broad, high-quality network in the HR sector with contacts to decision-makers or former clients
  • Experience with sales targets and at least 2 years experience in B2B sales
  • Passion for (cold) customer acquisition with a large dose of drive and ambition!
  • Native speaker German or French, fluent in written and spoken English
  • Self-confident, smart performance in cooperation with potential and existing clients
  • Openness, authenticity, motivation, engagement, team spirit and a lot of drive!
