When I was a kid, I always wondered how things were working. I started studying something different but afterward, I found my path: Software development. At my university, there is an Open Source Club which I joined as a coordinator with some friends and we used to help other students learn something new or at least, know that some technology exists.
I am a .NET developer for almost 2 or 3 years, I love clean code and best practices and I do like frontend technologies as well.
A great team is defined by helpful, cheerful, and friendly people. Doesn't matter if your teammates are the very best engineers if they are mean, useless. At atwork, you will have the good sides of both.
