During my studies at the University of St. Gallen, innovative and customer-centric ways of thinking already began to fascinate me. Since then, methods such as Design Thinking have accompanied me daily. Now I am convinced that customer-centric innovation is the key to long-term success.
I believe that employee engagement is a logical consequence of the customer-centricity movement. We have learned that we are more successful when acting according to the needs and wishes of our customers. So why should companies not be doing the same for their most important asset? It’s time to focus on our employees!
