We take every application seriously and go over every single CV we got. We improve our job posts as much as possible, to share the information you need. Having an interview with us? You can expect from us, that we know who we are talking to and we can have in-depth interviews from the beginning.

Application confirmation

You will always get a confirmation confirmation of your application. However, we will need some time to go through the applications we receive before getting back to you.

Screening

We might have some additional questions regarding your application. In this case, we will contact you via mail or phone

First interview

We are very much looking forward to get to know you a bit better. You will be invited to a first interview (either online or at the office) where you will get some first insights about us and about the job.

2nd interview/ Case study

We foster a strong company culture by carefully selecting individuals who resonate with our values and matches our team. During your 2nd interview you will work on a small assessment and will also get to know your potential team members.

Offer
